The beauty of Artemano products is that each piece is one-of-a-kind. The piece you receive may vary slightly from the one pictured due to its unique nature.
We always try our best to show you the most accurate in-store availability. However, it may vary slightly as a fellow shopper could currently have this item in their cart.
You will receive an e-mail when all of your products have left our distribution centre, and another e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up at our store. Orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive at our store.
You must ensure that the vehicle used for the pickup is suitable for the safe transportation of the merchandise in its original packaging. The product warranty applies to merchandise leaving the ARTEMANO store in its original packaging. The staff is in no way responsible for loading the merchandise in your vehicle and cannot be held responsible if the merchandise cannot be loaded in the vehicle due to the dimensions and/or weight of the merchandise. Once available, orders must be picked up within 14 days, otherwise an additional charge of 2% of the price of the items will be charged daily.
PICK-UP AT THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is available for pick-up at the distribution centre. Please contact us at 450.679.7755, ext. 236, 24 hours prior to your visit so that your order can be prepared for pickup. The original receipt or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of pick-up.
The staff at our distribution center can help you place the merchandise in your vehicle, however, ARTEMANO staff cannot be held responsible if the merchandise cannot be loaded in the vehicle due to the dimensions and/or weight of the merchandise. Once available, orders must be picked up within 14 days, otherwise an additional charge of 2% of the price of the items will be charged daily.
HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Larger products or orders containing several products are delivered through our home delivery service, offered at a fixed price, depending on the delivery address. A fixed price of $175.00 will apply for any purchase with a maximum weight of 150 pounds and within a 50 km radius from our Distribution Center (Longueuil, Ottawa and Quebec City). A charge of $1.50 will be applied for each additional kilometer. Any purchase with a weight between 150 and 250 pounds will have a fixed price of $225.00. Any purchase with a weight between 250 and 500 pounds will have a fixed price of $350.00. Any sale exceeding the maximum weight will be individually analyzed by Customer Service.
Once your order is ready for delivery, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. All ready-to-ship orders must be delivered within 30 days. For local deliveries, the carrier will confirm a delivery window, between 8am and 6pm, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date. For long distance deliveries, Customer Service will contact you for details.
HOME DELIVERY POLICY
All orders must be delivered within 30 days, each delivery must be made to a single address and an adult must be present at the time of delivery.
The carrier will confirm a delivery time slot between 8 am and 6 pm one day prior to the scheduled delivery date for local home deliveries. For long distance home deliveries, Customer Service will contact you for details.
The majority of our products are delivered disassembled. The delivery personnel will proceed with the unpacking and assembly of the merchandise. They will not take back or throw away your old furniture or any other debris. In the event that elevators are not available or are non-existent, delivery personnel will go up a maximum of (3) floors. The customer must ensure safe access to the staff and the delivery vehicle (including an appropriate parking space). Any object obstructing the passage must be removed prior to delivery. The customer is responsible for measuring door frames, hallways and stairwells to ensure that products will pass easily.
Upon delivery, there will be no modifications to door frames, door trim, mouldings or fixtures to allow passage of products. If the merchandise does not fit in the passage, delivery charges will not be refunded and you may be charged a return shipping fee. Please note that the delivery personnel will not be removing their safety boots, therefore, please provide protection for your floors.
Upon receipt of your order, please ensure that you have received all products ordered. Your invoice will be affixed to one of your boxes in an envelope. It is recommended that you review your invoice before the delivery staff leaves the premises and advise them of any discrepancies.
On your invoice, please indicate any incident that occurred during delivery and contact us as soon as possible. The carrier will not be responsible for a problem that has not been indicated on the invoice. If you notice a defect in your merchandise, keep all of its original packaging and contact us following your delivery to ensure that the appropriate measures are taken.
All our products have a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. This warranty only applies to domestic use of our products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, discoloration of the product due to exposure to light, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or misuse of the product.
CHANGE/DELAY/CANCELLING YOUR DELIVERY
Your order, shipping address and contact information cannot be changed within 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date and/or once your order is in transit. Additional charges may apply for any changes made to the order during this period.
If you are not available for the scheduled delivery, you may be charged additional shipping charges for changing or cancelling the delivery within 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date and/or once your order is in transit. In case of failure to meet the deadlines, a penalty of 2% for each day the goods are to be stored will be applied. In addition, the cost of transporting the goods back to the warehouse will be the same as the cost of shipping.

Before receiving your goods, please confirm the dimensions of your rooms and furniture. The following advice is for guidance only and cannot guarantee that your furniture will fit into the desired space.

To ensure efficient and safe delivery, ensure to measure the height and width of the relevant hallways and accesses into your home, including stairwells and elevators, if applicable.
