ATTENTION TO DETAIL MEANS HARDLY ANY RETURNS

At Artemano, we stand behind everything we sell.


Shop with confidence –We take pride in the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and other products. Our attention to detail in design, material and build is unyielding, as is our commitment to customer satisfaction. But if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care to pack shipments so that they sustain no damage during transit and will arrive safely. We encourage you to thoroughly examine all items immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to note any damage on the proof of delivery upon receipt and we cannot be held responsible for any damages not noted.

If there is a problem with your order, contact our Customers Service team within 24 hours of delivery. In the event that an item is received damaged, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records to assist us in taking appropriate action. If the product turns out to be damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.



RETURNING UNDAMAGED ITEMS

As you know (see Shipping Philosophy), Artemano forfeits a portion of its profits to keep your shipping costs down to a minimum. In light of this, if you change your mind about an item, you will be asked to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as handle return shipping charges, provided that the product is resalable upon inspection. In certain cases, an in-store credit will be provided. Please note that customs or duty charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees incurred to send you your products are also non-refundable.

THE GRAIN OF WOOD IS LIKE FINGERPRINTS – THE CHARMS OF IMPERFECTION

We offer items that are very often unique, even if they share a SKU #.

Part of the beauty of exotic wood furniture in particular is the grain, knots, indentations, irregularities and other superficial imperfections. This is what gives our pieces of furniture their unique character. The raw material used in our furniture comes from nature, so no two pieces are truly alike.

In the case of larger items, such as dining tables, we will send a photo of the item and require your approval prior to shipment.

THE WARRANTY IS ON THE FURNITURE. The warranty does not cover transportation. We do not offer a transport service, we only work with third party companies specialized in furniture transport.
In order to offer you the best possible experience after the sale, we can send a technician to your home if the problem can be repaired ON-SITE and always within a 50 km radius of our head office in Longueuil. Travel expenses will be paid by the customer.
