On each product page, you can easily calculate the delivery cost by entering your postal code in the pop-up window. Total transparency. No bad surprises.

DELIVERY TIMES

White-glove delivery takes about 4 to 6 weeks, while smaller parcels shipped by Canada Post or Purolator take about 2 to 4 weeks in Canada, and 4 to 6 weeks to the United States.

ZEN WITHOUT DELAY

Canada Post and Purolator offer expedited delivery options for smaller parcels and accessories, bringing delivery time down to only 3 to 7 days.

Tracking details are sent with every delivery so you can follow your pieces all the way to your home.

STORAGE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

We do not offer storage for orders that have been placed. Shipping is done as soon as possible.

If you miss a white-glove delivery after the date has been confirmed, a $99 fee will be charged for each new delivery attempt.
